Debbie Behan – Heathfield House Nursing Home – Debbie is hardworking, down to earth and an inspiration to all around her

Catherine Blaxhall – Action for Carers (Oxfordshire) – Catherine is incredibly proud of the work she carries out for Carers Oxfordshire and Age UK Oxfordshire in helping to support the many thousands of vulnerable people who are caring for a family member, neighbour or friend.

Penny Hopper – The Cottage, Home Farm, Adderbury, Banbury, Oxon – Penelope (Penny) is a level headed but bubbly character  who has the patience of Job when dealing with everyone. Has a good knowledge of all thing relevant and passes that on where necessary.  Always helpful and cheerful.

Claire Snowdon – Expat Know How – Claire Snowdon is the Founder and Director of Expat Know How, a company that specialises in the relocation support and training of global employees, she also works as an ECR consultant for UKTI and is a co-chair of the non-profit organisation FIGT UK

Jayne Woodley – Oxfordshire Community Foundation – Jayne has such a strong sense of purpose that at times I think she is afraid of it but when it peeks out the impact she makes is palpable.
