Karen is the Founder of KalliKids.com, Mum to two daughters and spends most of her days in the KalliKids office. Karen lives 20 minutes out of Brighton with her French husband and their two children, two dogs, two cats and one gerbil!
Natalie Lloyd – If Not Now
I’m a Digital Consultant who has spent the past three years in Brighton, NYC and France, helping individuals and companies navigate digital business. I also produce and curate TEDxBrighton alongside other events in the business and creative sectors.

Jacqui Pearce is a designer whose creative style has been dubbed “nostalgic chic”. After a career in Fashion she moved to Arundel, West Sussex in 2003 and founded “Hip Happy” lifestyle brand Pearl and Earl. She has written & contributed to 3 books.

Driven by her own needs as a parent, Shoshana devised Child Friendly Brighton three years ago & has inspired parents county-wide, developing the site into a respected and hugely popular resource, whilst working part time & being mum to 3 small kids!

Caroline is a wordsmith with a passion for clear communication and a hatred of jargon. If she hears the phrase “going forward” one more time, she may strangle somebody.
